The Labyrinth Bookshop invited me to have a book launch in the shop, and that will be on Thursday evening (October 8th) at 6.00 to 8.00 pm. I shall also be doing a talk at the Red Brick Building on Wednesday October 21st, 7.00 pm.
Full details of this are below. I am hoping that more opportunities to do talks will come up.
In addition I had planned to lead a walk along the Brue from Baltonsborough to Glastonbury as part of the 'Glastonbury Peacemakers' weekend (just coming up, October 2-4) but it didn't seem to work as part of a ticketed event, with no-one booking and then a few people contacting me at the last minute expecting to be able to just turn up on the day. I decided not to go ahead with the walk, but to do something similar in a more informal way at another time. This weekend I shall be taking part in the workshops that are on offer: http://www.glastonburypeacemakers.co.uk/
My main focus of attention, however, is the book – the culmination of the first part of my River Project. The book launch and the talk are the next step. here are details of the talk:
