THE NEW GLASTONBURY DEVELOPMENT TRUST

This was my response to the official and bureaucratic world of funding applications and local authority-style community projects. All the elements of this proposal were already being discussed and planned by people with the necessary skills to carry them through. All that was lacking was sympathetic leadership and sensible funding. I gave a copy to Mendip District Council, and heard later that it had been passed around the office with interest and amusement, but that it had not been taken seriously.
